Eastec manufacturing trade show in West Springfield focuses sustainability, ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’
Eastec, the massive manufacturing trade show, returns to the Big E next week with a focus on the future — the future of manufacturing, of the planet and of the industry’s workforce. “Sustainability is a focus area at Eastec this year,” said event manager Kim Farrugia. That means conserving energy, minimizing waste, streamlining practices and even using environmentally friendly packaging, she said.
