Dream delayed but not dashed by COVID-19: 413 Cafe opens in downtown Springfield
Christina Raschi said Tuesday that her dream was delayed but not dashed by the coronavirus as she celebrated the grand opening of her first business, 413 Cafe, in the city’s downtown. “I’m so excited to finally be living my dream,” Raschi said during a ribbon cutting with Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, family members and friends. “It’s amazing and now it’s official, and I look forward to what’s to come after COVID, and getting to the new norm.”
