Developers break ground for Carew Street medical building
Site work and foundation construction are underway on a 14,000-square foot medical office facility developers Francis J. Cataldo Jr. and Paul C. Picknelly are building at 90 Carew St. for dialysis provider American Renal Associates and others.Part of the 1.5-acre site at the corner of Carew and Dwight Streets in the Memorial Square neighborhood was once the site of the Gardner Memorial AME Zion Church. The church was demolished earlier this year to make way for the estimated $3 million project.
