Developer plans $43 million mixed-use project at One Ferry Street mill complex in Easthampton

Developer Michael Michon plans an ambitious mixed-use development at One Ferry Street, an abandoned and rambling factory complex built in 1903. The project, which could cost up to $43 million, “includes the demolition, restoration, and construction of select buildings and site improvements to allow for a variety of uses,” according to a special permit application submitted to the city on Tuesday.
