Community Empowerment Grant helps the formerly incarcerated | WWLP
Springfield Community WORKS and the Western Mass Economic Development council were awarded a community empowerment grant back in February of this year. Joining us today is Shawntsi Baret, workforce development consultant for Springfield WORKS and Anne Kandilis, director of Springfield Works, to share with us where they found that this aid is most needed and what their next steps will be.
