Colvest Group of Springfield latest to try redeveloping Holyoke’s Lynch School
The Colvest Group of Springfield is the latest possibility to redevelop the closed Lynch School at 1575 Northampton St. “The Colvest Group intends to construct an attractive retail development that is compatible to the surrounding area which will provide jobs and financial benefit to the city,” Mayor Alex B. Morse said in a letter Wednesday to the City Council.
