Chipotle Mexican Grill opens new restaurant in East Longmeadow
Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its East Longmeadow restaurant at 42 Center Square in December. Erin Wolford, senior director of external communications at California-based Chipotle said the location has about 25 employees. The spot was the former Sleepy’s mattress shop. East Longmeadow approved a Five Guys Burgers & Fries for the location, but the plan fell through. The town approved Chipotle in July.
