On most evenings people sit in parked cars surrounding the Blandford Memorial Library, Select Board Member Eric McVey said. The library on Route 23, the main drag through this scenic hilltown now awash in vibrant fall color, is one of the only places with Wi-Fi or any type of internet service that’s not either too slow, too expensive or both.
