Brewer-Young Mansion owners win historic preservation award for saving 135-year-old Longmeadow landmark
The once derelict Brewer-Young Mansion and the team that brought the 135-year-old building back to life won the 2020 Paul & Niki Tsongas Award from Preservation Massachusetts. The statewide award recognizes the project, completed in 2019, for “demonstrating the highest level of commitment to historic preservation in the Commonwealth.”
