Boston, Springfield ranked among among the best in nation for starting a business
Looking to start a business? Two Massachusetts communities were named among the most startup-friendly cities in America. Inc. Magazine released its list of the 50 top cities for starting a business in 2020, naming Boston and Springfield among the best nationwide. For the list, Inc. partnered with innovation policy firm Startup Genome to analyze data, factoring in population growth, business investment and rate of entrepreneurship in their rankings. The list featured a mix of the nation’s largest and smaller communities.
