Big Y Express coming to Westfield by late summer
Demolition began this week to make way for a new Big Y Express convenience store at 330 East Main St. “It’s a more modernized look that were pretty excited about,” said Matt D’Amour, vice president of real estate and store development for Springfield-based Big Y Foods Inc. “We are enhancing the fresh and on-the-go offerings. People are more health conscious these days and looking for more than just a Snickers bar — and yet, they are in a rush.”
