Behind the scenes: Construction underway as Peter Pan prepares move to Springfield’s Union Station (photos, video)

Peter Pan’s long-term plan remains to move one day to renovated space at 31 Elm St. in Springfield’s Court Square. But that project is years from completion as developers are still working on a deal to kick the project off.   The third floor of Union Station will have executive offices, business functions like payroll and marketing, five conference rooms, a safety training room and a break room, said Danielle Veronesi, marketing director.
