Baystate Health seeks input for Community Health Needs Assessment report
Beginning Friday, Baystate Health will be holding the first of several Community Conversations to learn which health needs are most important to the local population. The first gathering will take place Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Riverview Senior Center on 122 Clyde St. in Springfield This first Community Conversation will be conducted in Spanish, and lunch will be provided. The goal is to gather as many community members and stakeholders as possible to ensure that all aspects of community issues and assets can be included in the final 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment report from Baystate Health.
