BankESB parent acquires Millbury Savings Bank; Millbury, Worcester branches to remain
Hometown Financial Group, the Easthampton-based parent company of bankESB and two other regional banks, will acquire Millbury Savings Bank and merge it into its Oxford-based bankHometown. This is the third acquisition for Hometown Financial Group in 2019.
