Baker, Neal, Boston Fed president headline Outlook gathering

The Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce expects 650 attendees at the MassMutual Center Friday to hear Boston Fed President Eric Rosengren, U.S. Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Springfield, and Gov. Charlie Baker offer their perspectives on the state of business in the commonwealth. The chamber’s Outlook 2018 luncheon is sold out, the chamber said Wednesday. Rosengren’s office said Wednesday that he will also meet Friday with Springfield Works, a Springfield workforce development plan funded through the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Working Cities Challenge project.
