AIC gets MassDevelopment financing for health sciences building, dorm | masslive.com

MassDevelopment has provided $10.5 million in tax-exempt bond financing for two construction projects at American International College, including a $7.5 million building for college’s School of Health Sciences at 1020 State St. The bond will also finance $2.5 million for a residence hall at the corner of Acorn and Cortland streets near the college’s athletic complex, said AIC spokeswoman Candy Lash. It provides $500,000 for furniture, equipment and the like for the health sciences building.
