After outcry, Springfield provides low-cost bus to Raymond A. Jordan Senior Center
Springfield Partners for Community Action will bring seniors to the Raymond A. Jordan Senior Center in Blunt Park in a 12-passenger van for $4 a round trip under a new agreement announced Thursday.
