2021 Community Mitigation Fund Workforce Development Grant Review Workshop Friday, January 8th from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (“Commission”) is inviting you to an informational video workshop to outline and discuss the 2021 Community Mitigation Fund (“CMF”) Workforce Development application process.  This workshop is being held on Friday, January 8, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. 

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update of what’s new for the 2021 CMF along with insights into how communities may use their funds; explore the potential for collaboration and/or opportunities for unique programming; discuss application requirements; and provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have regarding the use of Community Mitigation Fund Grants. We will also share some best practices for developing the most competitive applications.

Shortly you will be receiving an invitation for this meeting.  We use Office Suite HD meeting as our video conferencing platform.  Please note that you will be required to download the HD software before accessing the meeting.  If you have not used Office Suite HD meeting before, please allow at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting for this download. 

For anyone that cannot attend the meeting, the meeting will be recorded and posted on the Commission’s web site. It is our intent to work with the communities to help identify ways in which impacts can be resolved.
