100-unit apartment complex proposed on Holy Family Road in Holyoke
Developer Tom Adamczyk unveiled plans this week for 100 rental units at 15 Holy Family Road in the city’s Ingleside neighborhood. The City Council’s Ordinance Committee is considering a zone change for the site that would allow for multifamily use. Ron Levesque, of R. Levesque Associates, a Westfield design firm, presented plans for the proposed development at the committee’s meeting Tuesday.
