Leadership Pioneer Valley Providing Board Basics Training
Leadership Pioneer Valley (LPV) will offer monthly training and workshops programming focused on leadership and board development for nonprofits in the Pioneer Valley through its Leaders On Board program. On Tuesday, March 12, Leaders On Board will be providing a Board Basics training at Springfield Technical Community College from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The three-hour-long training, led by Beth Spong from Rainmaker Consulting, will cover what it means to sit on a board, roles and responsibilities, and how to be effective as a board member. The training is free to attend, and dinner is provided.
