Pre-Permitted Sites

Massachusetts has a pre-permitted site program that guarantees site permitting within six months. Many Western Massachusetts land developers and municipalities pride themselves on being able to deliver sites in even less time:

Palmer Industrial Park- 25 Third Street; 35 plus acres, expandable, potentially suitable for 450,000SF distribution. 

Springfield Smith & Wesson Industrial Park-  All state level permits in place; subject to SRA and Springfield Planning Board Approvals.

Village Hill, Northampton, MA - Entire site has received special permits and site plan approval.

Westfield Route 10/202 Development Site - 25 acre site can support up to 300,000 sf.  Wetlands delineation in place.  Industrial Zones.
